Wines of Burgundy France Event with Linda Hazelbaker

This event took place on Wednesday, June 3rd 2015 where we welcome Linda Hazelbaker to present, educate and entertain you with her in-depth knowledge of the wines of Burgundy.  We poured six wines plus you’ll enjoy a plated appetizer specially matched to these wines.

Comparing big, extracted, oaky California wines to the subtle nuance of many French wines is like comparing a Sylvester Stallone movie to a Woody Allen picture.  Both have their place – it’s just that sometimes you want Rocky . . and other times you want Annie Hall!

Wines of Burgundy France Event with Linda Hazelbaker winesFor our Wines of Burgundy France Event with Linda Hazelbaker we focused on the distinct, refined and subtle wines of Burgundy France.  Some of the most sought after wines in the world come from this region – and it’s all based on the two grapes grown there:  Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
