March’s “If You Insist” Wine Club:

2015 Finca Ambrosia – Precioso Malbec

Argentina > Gualtallary – Tupungato

This is a limited and numbered production Malbec – hand selected from estate plots high in the Gualtallary district in the heart of the Uco Valley.

The soils contain pure limestone over quaternary gravels delivering the distinctive mineral character.

The wine spends 18 months in new French Mercurey oak barrels with a medium toast and then another 12 months in bottle before release.
